Presenter’s Information for chapter meetings.
Dates: The chapter meetings are typically the third Wednesday of the months September through May and are posted on the DTU website at https://www.donegaltu.org/events.

Presenters are asked to arrive at the location by 6:40 pm to confirm that technical devices will interact properly. A PC computer (running PowerPoint), projector, and an assortment of PC cables will be available. Presenters are encouraged to bring a flash drive containing their presentation even if they bring their own computer and projector.
If the presentation is on an Apple computer, also bring a compatible projector and necessary cables.
Presenters are encouraged to send a copy of their presentation to IT@donegaltu.org two weeks prior to the meeting. A thumb drive could be mailed to DTU: 1 Harvest Drive, Ephrata, PA 17522. This will guarantee compatibility.
If presenters would like to donate anything to the meeting raffle, please contact the Program Chairperson before the meeting.
If any last-minute changes occur please contact the program chairperson as soon as possible..
